Abstract

Abstract The structures of n soliton in superfluid 3 HeB phase in slab geometry are studied. In the geometry, there are four degenerate equilibrium directions of the n vector, which allows the n soliton (domain wall) separating two domains with different directions of n . We get the structure of the soliton by minimizing its total free energy and find that the bending energy of n changes symmetry of the soliton. The result is compared with the NMR data obtained by Ishikawa et al.
