Abstract

It is argued that top quark loops trigger symmetry breaking in the standard electroweak model. The Higgs boson is then expected to be lighter than 400 GeV. Further speculations on this dynamical mechanism even suggest a Higgs boson observable at the CERN ${e}^{+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ collider LEP 200.
