Abstract

New image processing methods that are based on statistical estimates of the invariants of image automorphism groups are considered. The cause-and-effect relationships during the processing of images in group-theoretical filters are investigated. The Curie principle is used to analyze the formation of images in spatial filtering algorithms with a local group.
