SY08-2 The development of BCR signaling pathway-targeted therapy for B-cell malignancies

Abstract

B-cell receptor(BCR) signaling regulates survival, proliferation, and differentiation of normal B-cell. Signaling through BCR signalosome is a multi-component cascade that is strictly regulated under physiologic conditions. On the other hand, in the various kinds of B-cell malignancies, BCR signaling is consistently activated through the several mechanisms. Following the chronic activation of BCR signaling, three key signaling pathways are activated, NF-κB pathway, RAS-MAPK pathway, and PI3K-AKT pathway.
