Abstract

According to the characteristics of electrohydraulic proportional pressure control system, such as, nonlinear, uncertainty dynamic, and so on, a switching grey prediction fuzzy control algorithm is proposed. An equal-dimensional new information grey prediction model is formulated based on metabolic principle. The forecasting concept is extended to future and past forecast. Integrated grey prediction and fuzzy controller, a switching grey prediction fuzzy control algorithm is proposed to control pressure for electrohydraulic proportional pressure control system. The algorithm doesn't need transcendental information for the model structure of the object controlled. Based on few data and poor information, with the characteristics of on-line self-adaptation and small calculation, it satisfies real-time control requirements. By means of comparing the simulations and experiments among switching grey prediction fuzzy control, PID control and simple fuzzy control, the results show that switching grey prediction fuzzy control reduces response time without increasing overshoot efficiently, and it improves control effect too.
