Abstract
Objective: In May 2000, we changed from Euro-Collins®[EC], a high potassium crystalloid, to Perfadex®, a low potassium dextran solution [LPD] for preservation of our pulmonary grafts. In this study we compared the early outcome between both preservation solutions in our lung transplant recipients.
