Abstract
The mSWI/SNF subunits ARID1A and SMARCA4 are mutated in B cell lymphomas. Now, Barisic etal. andDeng etal. find that loss of ARID1A or SMARCA4 contributes to lymphomagenesis by causing B cells to aberrantly re-enter germinal centers where they undergo repeated rounds of proliferation and somatic hypermutation.
