Abstract
AbstractThe swelling of highly crosslinked epoxy polymer films by organic vapor was investigated. The molecular weight per crosslinked unit obtained by applying the equation of rubber elasticity to sorption isotherms is in good agreement with the value estimated from chemical considerations. Thermodynamic functions of solvent—polymer mixing are also presented.
