Abstract

Group Sweating is social interaction while experiencing psychophysiological reactions to heat exposure. Examples include the American Indian sweat lodge, the Finnish sauna, the Russian bania, and the Turkish hamman. Sweat Therapy is the combination of group sweating with psychotherapy or counseling.
