Abstract
Bu calismada, Sivas‟ta 1794-1798 tarihleri arasinda tuketilen cesitli gida maddelerinin fiyatlari ele alinmistir. Bu tarihleri kapsayan zaman dilimi icerisinde Sivas 4 Numarali Şer‟iyye Sicilinin son sayfalarinda yer alan narh kayitlarindaki veriler incelenerek gida maddelerinin isimleri, fiyatlari degerlendirmeye tabi tutulmustur.
