Abstract
A new Pd(P-Phos)Cl 2 complex was synthesized and characterized by 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, 31 P NMR, and X-ray single crystal structure determination. The complex proved to be a highly stable and efficient catalyst for substrates with a wide range of functional groups in Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions under air at room temperature. Low catalyst loadings were employed and turnover number of up to 49000 was obtained. A new Pd(P-Phos)Cl 2 complex has been synthesized and characterized. The complex catalyzed the Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions of various aryl halide and arylboronic acids in medium to excellent yields under air at room temperature.
