Abstract

Palladium nanoparticles stabilized by Pluronic F68 triblock copolymer effectively catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura reaction in water. The reactions with water-soluble aryl iodides and aryl bromides containing electron-withdrawing or electron-donating substituent occurred at room temperature. The catalytic efficiency was found to depend on the size of palladium nanoparticles and their morphology.
