Abstract
We construct the supersymmetric extensions of different nonlinear -models containing a Chern–Simons and/or Maxwell terms. A general classification of the BPS potentials, BPS-types and BPS equations in terms of the auxiliary fields is given. The supersymmetric extension of the Chern–Simons baby Skyrme model is also discussed and its possible BPS structure is analyzed.
