Abstract

Entrepreneurship development entails strategic postures throughout business organizations, allowing risk-taking to build competitive, proactive, and inventive behavior at the organizational level. The research proposes a research model that answers the needs of e-business SMEs in Indonesia to survive the Covid-19 pandemic by maintaining or even improving their innovation performance with IT capabilities and dynamic capabilities. The results of this study are in the form of a new model that can provide input and suggestions to culinary businesses in Indonesia in improving Innovation Performance through Dynamic Capability, IT Ambidexterity, in Environmental Uncertainty. This research is expected to provide added value and benefits to solve innovation performance problems in e-business SMEs in Indonesia. In this study, the main issues were environmental uncertainty, low information technology capabilities, and low dynamic capabilities resulting in low innovation performance.
