Abstract
The last two years has been avalanche of change in HR practices. The global pandemic has altered the reality of Hr practices and redefined the work areas completely. This article will present how the transformation has been made and further how HR will emerge in the future. Organizations around the world has scrambled to react and handle the sudden pandemic effect because of which a sudden transformation was of immediate need. The emergence demanded for digital transformation strategies which are suppose to be of people centric.
