Abstract

Sustainable Reconstruction in conditions of dense urban development is one of the urgent problems of modern construction. It is characterized by a significant increase in the load on existing foundations, the performance of all types of work in fairly difficult soil conditions and cramped situations that limit a performance of certain technological operations and an application of the necessary devices of mechanization. Therefore, a particular importance is referred to the using of advanced technologies that ensure minimum constructional, environmental and material risks, taking into account security measures, for both construction team and the residents in the area of construction. However, the current trend leads to a significant increase in the cost of reconstruction. So, innovative solutions that ensure a performance of required indicators of bearing capacity with reducing the cost of reconstruction works are undoubtedly relevant. This paper shows that the use of composite materials will significantly improve the reliability and durability of construction, as well as reduce the expenditure of building materials and the time of reconstruction. The paper also presents results of the research on development of rational technological and constructive solutions of reconstruction in dense building areas.
