Sustainable Development Evaluation Model in Mining Areas Based on Coal Full Cost

Abstract

Abstract Based on the system of coal full cost, the target layer, criterion layer, index layer of the sustainable development evaluation index system are respectively planned to establish the sustainable evaluation index model, this model is based on coal full cost in the mining area. Taking the mining area as an example, sustainable development evaluation in the mining area is experimented and analyzed. It is clearly proved that the implementation of coal full cost promotes the sustainable development in the mining area; it is important practical for the sustainable development in the mining area. The proposed evaluation model is effective.
