Co. operates eight commercial banks, a trust and investment company, an asset management company, a property and casualty insurance brokerage company and a vehicle company. Co.'s depository institution subsidiaries provide commercial and retail banking services in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey. As of Dec 31 2003, Co. had total assets of $5.95 billion, net loans and leases of $4.22 billion and total deposits of $4.13 billion.
