EDITOR,—The Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust has agreed to withdraw all allegations against Dr Helena Daly and accepted that the evidence given at her original internal inquiry was “unreliable.”1 The process has kept Dr Daly, who is a talented and well qualified haematologist, away from her patients for almost three years.
