Abstract
Vietnam is a country with a developing economy, so commercial transactions are very important in the development of the country. However, the breach of contract is very common, so the suspension, stoppage of performance, or cancellation of the contract happens very often and creates many conflicts. The article will analyze the sanctions introduced to solve the breach of commercial contracts in Vietnam. At the same time analyze how to apply, and the cases of application. The article will also point out the legal consequences, rights, and obligations of the parties when suspending, stoppage, or canceling the contract in accordance with Vietnamese law.
