Abstract

Aims: Coronary revascularization (CABG) in octogenarians increased up to 10% of all our isolated coronary procedures. Complete arterial revascularization (CAR) is also increasing, up to 90%, even in our oldest patients, using bilateral skeletonized internal mammary arteries (IMA) as composite T-graft. Has this surgical development changed the outcome of octogenarians?
