Abstract

The objective of this research was to survey the relationship between participatory management with effectiveness. The statistical population was all the employees in branches of Mellat Bank in Hormozgan in 2015 and was 360 people. The sample volume of survey was 186 people who were selected by random stratified sampling, based on Korjesi and Morgan table. This survey is descriptive and is based on correlation. The participatory management and effectiveness questionnaire was used to collect data. Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariable regression coefficient were used to analyze the data. The results show that: There is a meaningful and direct relationship between participatory management and effectiveness of employees. Also, there is a meaningful and direct relationship between the dimensions of participatory management with effectiveness of employees. The participatory component is a stronger predictor for effectiveness of employees in targeting rather than other components.
