Abstract
AbstractThe AAVSO is initiating a new survey of the sky. It will cover the entire visible sky, both north and south, on a daily basis, in two colours, and with a limiting magnitude of V = 17. This will be a perfect complement to LSST, but will be available years earlier and will continue into the indefinite future. The photometry will be publicly available within 24 hours through our website. Some details of the hardware and operations are described.
