Abstract

Surveying of land plots today is a mandatory procedure when placing land plots on state cadastral registration and further registration of rights to them. At the same time, the procedure for surveying land plots, as a rule, is accompanied by a number of problems related to the control of work, the technical interaction of cadastral engineers with the registration authority and the further use of information from the Unified State Register of Real Estate. Based on the foregoing, the purpose of this work was to consider the current state of land surveying and identify the main problems that cadastral engineers have to face when conducting land surveying. In the course of the work, measures were proposed aimed at solving the listed problems and, on their basis, the main trends in the development of the land surveying procedure were identified.
