Abstract

With the advent of new technologies, smart devices, and the evolution of ICT in education, the integration of new technologies into learning systems has been mandated and a new way of learning has been born. E-learning and m-learning provide learners with great opportunities anytime, anywhere without restrictions. A new generation of students has grown up with technology and can be easily identified through smart devices. We discuss the identity of e-learning and m-learning; conduct a survey analysis to measure student and teacher interest. The survey aims to promote e-learning and m-learning for the student and teacher community for adoption in Moroccan higher education.
 Qualitative and quantitative methods are supported. The results are analyzed at the end of this paper, and conclusions and positions are presented.
