Abstract
The pension and health professional setting, personnel training, scientific research and other aspects that higher Chinese medicine colleges and universities revolved show some problems like less related majors and small talent scale. Additional, talent training is not enough diversity that there hasn't formed a scientific talent training pattern and scientific research just has a single direction. It suggested that the higher Chinese medicine colleges and universities take the market as the guidance, adding the pension and health related professions, expanding the scale of talent training, widening the channels of cultivating talents of Chinese medicine and exploring the pluralism and diversification of the higher Chinese medical colleges and universities' talent training. What's more, in order to meeting the actual demand of aging to the talents of Chinese medicine and scientific research, it is a must to broaden the related areas of pension and health as well as improve the scientific research innovation ability of the higher Chinese medical colleges and universities.
