AbstractThe effects of charge‐density fluctuations on trion states and spin‐density fluctuation on the exciton states in quantum well are considered in the limit of low doping by electrons. In both cases the quasi‐two dimensionality of the systems is taken into account. The trion‐chargedensity interaction is considered in the random phase approximation.The influence of the exchange electron‐electron interaction on the excitons is considered using a simplified approach. It is shown that the broadening of the trion absorption band profile with free carrier concentration increase is essentially weaker than the broadening of the exciton absorption band.
