Abstract
Multi- level cervical myelopathy can be treated with anterior cervical discetomy and fusion (ACDF) or anterior cervical corpectomy and fusion(ACCF) via the anterior approach and laminoplasty for the posterior approach. Till date there is no proven superior approach.
