Abstract
Surgical ventricular remodeling (SVR) is an accepted therapy for end-stage congestive heart failure. Surgical options are limited for patients (pts) with severe left ventricular dysfunction. We assessed outcomes of SVR in pts with preoperative ejection fraction (EF) ≤20%.
