Abstract
目的 介绍掌侧型Barton骨折的手术治疗.方法采用腕掌侧切口,直视下将骨折复位,应用AO-T型钢板内固定,无需外固定,早期功能锻炼.结果7例患者均获得6个月以上随访,无切口感染,平均骨愈合时间8周,功能评定优.结论掌侧型Barton骨折应用AO-T型钢板内固定是一种合理有效的方法,无需外固定,腕关节功能恢复好。
