Abstract
Splenic artery aneurysm (SAA) is the most common visceral artery aneurysm.1 It is usually asymptomatic but could be life-threatening once ruptured.2 In this article, we report a case with multiple SAAs, the largest exceeding 5 cm treated via open repair.
