Abstract
腔-房人工血管转流能有效降低下腔静脉及门静脉压力,是治疗布加综合征的有效手段.但是,对于合并下腔静脉血栓者,由于存在血栓脱落致异位栓塞的潜在风险故治疗较为棘手.自1996年3月至2008年12月,河南省人民医院为32例合并下腔静脉血栓的下腔静脉阻塞型布加综合征患者实施了腔-房人工血管转流术,现报道如下。
