Abstract
Presented clinical case of organ-preserving surgical treatment for giant uterine fibroid with secondary alterations in 36-year-old women with an unrealized reproductive function indicates an individual approach to each patient with benign tumor both during examination and in the process of intra- and postoperative treatment.
