Abstract

✓ The authors report their experience with 52 patients requiring specific anterior fossa repair only and 47 in whom repair was conducted during elevation of depressed fractures. The incidence of rhinorrhea, aerocele, and meningitis is related to the site of dural defect repaired at operation.
