Abstract
M inigrafting consists of implanting very small punch minigrafts into depigmented skin of vitiligo. These grafts are generally transferred to the recipient area perforations with the help of a fine-tipped forceps. The transfer of these grafts with a fine-tipped forceps is slightly cumbersome on account of the small size of the grafts. In the proposed modification, we have used a 23-gauge hypodermic needle to transfer the grafts from the saline gauze to the recipient area.
