Abstract

Segmental spinal instrumentation is a major advance in neuromuscular scoliosis surgery. With the advent of newer instrumentation systems, there has been a recent trend toward pedicle screw (PS) use in neuromuscular scoliosis. However sublaminar wires (SW) is still widely used in many institutions, were therefore compared our results with these two systems in view of efficacy and outcomes.
