Surgical Management for Refractory Raynaud’s Phenomena: A Rare Presentation of Upper Extremity Limb Ischemia

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to highlight the elusiveness of vasculitis and that surgical intervention maybe possible when vaso-occlusive disorder results in limb ischemia. We propose that end-stage vasculitis that results in limb ischemia and gangrene with evidence of vascular occlusion has open surgical bypass options for achieving limb salvage.
