Abstract
ABSTRACTThe oral and oropharyngeal cancer surgery is challenging due to presence of carotid arteries, internal jugular vein and cranial nerves in close proximity to the primary tumor or matastatic lymph node. So surgical incisions should be planned to improve oncologic resection without compromising functional and esthetic outcomes. Macfee and Crile's incision are commonly used in present day oncologic practice. Extension and probable modification of these incisions depending on case scenerio are discussed.
