Abstract
目的 探讨儿童外伤性白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术的并发症及其治疗.方法对62例(62眼)儿童外伤性白内障行白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术,对术中、术后并发症及处理方法进行分析.结果术后视力比术前提高者57眼,随访42眼,视力提高者35眼,术中主要并发症为前房积血,后囊破裂及玻璃体溢出.术后主要并发症为前葡萄膜炎、后囊浑浊、人工晶状体偏移及其表面色素颗粒沉积等.结论外伤性白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术是治疗儿童外伤性白内障的有效方法,其并发症比成人严重.但如处理适当仍然可以达到较好效果。
