Endoscopic incision of the ureterocele was carried out in five patients, of whom four were children. Endoscopic incision was possible in all patients and hospital stay was considerably shortened. In two cases endoscopic incision was followed by UCNS of both ureters Our results agree with data reported in recent literature (93% successful endoscopic procedures).
