Surgery for male and female sexuality

Abstract

We speak about Erectile Dysfunction and Female Sexual Dysfunction, showing the modern surgery approach to male and female genital pathologies. Phimosis is a tightness of the foreskin, making it impossible to retract it behind the glans of the penis. This is usually followed by the circumcision, the surgical removal of the foreskin. Hypospadia is a congenital malformation of the male sex organs: The urethra does not open through the glans of the penis. Than we describe the original technique the so-called “double breasted” technique, as shown by our long-standing experience, provides a fairly regular penile surface and offers greater guarantees of resistance without circumcision. Personal experience in the surgical treatment of severe cases of short penis is reported, we describe a new technique for penile lengthening and the results achieved. We describe a new approach to enlargement of the penis using dermal patch and the final results are achieved. At the end of this procedure, an increase of approximately 20%, with respect to the initial circumference, was gained. Clitoral phimosis, a previously undiagnosed physical finding, was identified in 22% of the women, we show our surgical technique. Labiaplasty is for women who have a problem with large labia, asymmetric labia or related female genital issues. Labiaplasty permits the reduction of large labia (labia minora and labia majora) to reduce their outward appearance and correct misshapenness or irregularities. Vaginoplasty another surgical procedure that can help women who’ve had multiple childbirths by offering a surgical remedy to tighten and enhance the sensitivity of the vagina.
