Abstract

In the article the analysis of concept “the modern dynamic is open educational space” is carried out in the context of key for a today’s educational environment tendencies of globalization and integration. As a result of study of rich in content constituents of this concept it offers him authorial interpretation. It is indicated that him by qualificatory signs in ХХІ century come forward, informatization and humanizing of education, and a leading pedagogical instrument are modern information technologies of studies. Swift distribution of the last caused the row of the newest pedagogical approaches and theories to life. On such conditions any new (or renewed) pedagogical system objectively surrenders oneself over to influence modern dynamic educational open-space and appropriately needs establishment of scientific status. Such situation folded and round the surface departmental teaching to battle flights of future pilots of tactical aviation. Long time she the undeserved was pressed down by attention of theorists of military pedagogical science. She was traditionally examined only as part of psychological pedagogical studies about methodology of flying studies. However, as research, role and value of this system, leads to considerably wider and more ponderable. Firstly, she performs the propaedeutic duty in the structure of professional preparation of soldiery pilots in establishment of higher military education. Secondly, surface studies a long ago need the serious updating of pedagogical maintenance and tool battle flights of future pilots of tactical aviation. The constituents of her offer an author new theory, their maintenance and understanding are certain in the system of scientific vehicle of modern military pedagogical science. A logical and expedient conclusion is done about the necessity of selection of the surface departmental teaching to battle flights of future pilots of tactical aviation in the separate division (area) of military pedagogics. An author is sure of necessity of just the same institutional status of this peda gogical phenomenon.
