Abstract
Nanostructured ZnO films are hydrophobic. The effects of oxygen plasma treatment on the wetting properties of the ZnO film surfaces were studied. The oxygen plasma treatment makes the nanostructured ZnO films superhydrophilic and helps to enhance the absorption of the dye molecules on the nanostructured film.
