Abstract
Laser illumination of a silver electrode during an oxidation-reduction treatment in halide solutions results in a further magnification of the SLRS for pyridine, thiourea and water. This additional enhancement factor appears to be the result of a structural modification of the silver produced by the photoassisted decomposition of the silver halide film formed during the oxidation treatment.
