Abstract
AbstractWe report the surface electronic structures of polythiophene derivatives (including polythiophene, poly(3‐butylthiophene), poly (3‐hexylthiophene)(P3HT)) thin films observed by ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy and Penning ionization electron spectroscopy. He*‐impact‐surface‐modification was applied on the P3HT surface to control the distribution of the electron density.
