Abstract
Using Landau free energy expansion, the domain structure in a semi-infinite system was studied. The main result is that the domain wall only exists in the case of reduced surface polarization, no domain exists if the surface polarization is enhanced; and domain wall thickness was obtained as well as the reversal length.
