Abstract
Simultaneous T hermally Stimulated Disc harge Cu rrents (TSDCs-) a nd LIPP -(Laser-Induced Press ure Puls e) signal m easuring system was co nstructed t o id entity th e charge behaviour in/on the dielectric film. For 50 or 100 μm thick corona-charged PTFE sheet, the correlation b etween the spatial charge distribution change with the temperature and TSDC peaks was examined. Corona-charging temperature dependence on that is also examined.
