Abstract

Opsoclonus-myoclonus syndrome (OMS) is characterised by omnidirectional, conjugated saccades, myoclonus, ataxia and a severe developmental disturbance. Both paraneoplastic (neuroblastoma-associated) and non-paraneoplastic OMS are suspected to be autoimmune. However, a common autoantigen could not be identified yet.
