Abstract
In a previous paper we presented a calculation of theexpression of the dielectric tensor of a plasma in a rotatingelectromagnetic field. In this paper, by means of the expression ofdielectric tensor, the dispersion relation of a cold plasma ispresented, discussed and compared with the one obtained byKlimontovich for a constant magnetic field.
