Abstract

The Supreme Court of India is the supreme legal body in India. Judicial review is a power given to the judiciary by the constitution of the country though not expressly but impliedly through its provisions under article 13. But this paper discusses how the supreme court of India has widened the scope of judicial review in few past decades.
